USD starting guide. Scope, availability, support hours, applicable tax and third-party costs are confirmed before booking. Care is optional and billed monthly. Totals show 12 months at unchanged rates, before tax and third-party fees. Choosing an option here does not book a service.
Before we begin.
Scope and payment
The starting build covers one business, location and language, up to five unique content pages, one design direction, two revision rounds and editing of up to 1,000 supplied words. Each revision round is one consolidated list from your designated approver.
For a $2,500 agreed project, the proposed milestones are $1,250 to schedule, $625 at design approval and $625 before public launch. A written scope confirms the actual price, terms and dates. No slot is reserved until the agreement and scheduling payment are complete.
Your accounts and files
Your domain and business accounts stay in your name. After payment, the site-specific source and content are handed over with a setup inventory. Existing tools, themes, fonts and other third-party materials retain their licenses. Moving to a new host is separate from the standard source handoff.
A launch check with you
We agree what a visitor should do, check the site on phones and desktop, and test the contact path with your approved recipient before sign-off. A successful deployment alone is not proof that an enquiry arrived.
Scheduling and support
Your proposal sets out the delivery schedule, support coverage and communication plan before work begins. Support is provided during the hours agreed in your service plan.
Small changes, defined.
Small edits change supplied text, photos, links, hours or an existing component. Business includes 30 total minutes each month. Partner includes 90 total minutes, including the lower plan's allowance, plus a monthly 20-minute planning call. New pages, design changes, original articles and integrations need a separate scope.
Included edit time expires each month. Extra work needs your approval before it is billed. Essential has no content edit allowance; edits are quoted separately. A problem caused by my work is not charged against your content edit minutes.
Care is monthly in advance, with a proposed 30-day cancellation notice and an agreed handoff date. Domain registrations, paid tools, mailboxes and other third-party charges are separate unless listed in your written schedule. Existing websites need an assessment before care can be agreed.
The Business contact-path check uses the recipient and test method you approve. Partner includes that check. Neither plan promises leads, search rankings, guaranteed uptime or a resolution deadline.
